Shipping Information
Rates on shipping are in US Dollars and are subject to change without prior notification.

We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days. Orders may be shipped 3 - 5 business days.

Back-ordered items - During your order, if you make a request for a back-ordered item, orders will be held - unless instructed - until all items are received. However, we make every attempt to stock items listed; however, back-orders may occur if sales exceed our expectations or suppliers fall short on our expectations for delivery. Should an item not be available that is currently listed in stock, we will contact you for your preference in holding the order or sending out. Of course, no additional shipping charges will be assessed to you for shipping back-ordered items.

Carriers for items shipped by Alpaca Obsession, LLC items include, but are not restricted to, the United States Mail, United Parcel Service, Federal Express and DHL.

If you are in need of an item for a special occasion, please let us know at the time of your order. We will advise you by e-mail or phone of shipping options and charges as they apply to your situation.

Orders bound for Hawaii, Alaska and outside of the Continental United States will be shipped by the best method available at the time of the order and charged for the prevailing shipping rates to these destinations.

A $25.00 charge is assessed NSF checks.
